As just a filler (seeing as I'm still working on other projects) this would be part towards my final piece of one of my art projects.
Originally done in pastel, then scanned in and made into block colours (the orange, blue and green one is the main original one), and then adjusted the colour scheme on each one - there will be a lot more detail on the actual finshed piece - and there will be only the orange and blue one. *nods* If you know me personally and have been in the 6th Form art room, you'll know this already XDD
So! As for my thoughts - it was meant to be done in the same style we were shown in a live model class i had to do - only using two colours. One for light, one for dark. Doing it by computer and putting it this way kinda reminds me of Andy Warhols( ? ) style, but that's beside the point XD
yeh, i definately agree with the andy warhol-ness of the piece. tis really good, tis well worth the work (and stress) you put in on it down the scratty art department.
oh, and i dont care what the tutors say, i likes it muchly.
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article.
In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
